Liziqi Channel—— Salted Duck Egg Yolk Sauce(Chinese Mayonnaise) 我视频里用的是普通的咸鸭蛋,我们的产品是用北海红树林的海鸭蛋, 只取蛋黄的三分之一,以老祖宗的法子做成。另加入黑胡椒、白芝麻 和海苔碎,让酱品的口感更加丰富,不带一丝腥味。鲜沙酥软的滋味, 每一口都是心头好。 I used ordinary salted duck eggs in my video. Our products are sea duck eggs from the North Sea mangroves. Based on our ancestor's recipe, we only used a third of the salted yolks. Add in black pepper, white sesame seeds and bits of seaweed to give the sauce a richer texture,without a trace of astringency. Fresh, sandy, crispy and soft texture, Every bite is good.
